Notebooks containing use copies of slides. The slides are mainly of art works by Black Mountain College students and faculty and are arranged and numbered according to their original placement in boxes by the research project staff. A database is available in order to locate particular artists or artworks, however some slides have not been identified. Information from the database is also included in print form in each notebook. The original copies of these slides are located in boxes 25-56 and are not available for research for preservation reasons.
